Standard Manufacturer Warranty
Although Liquidation Site™ does not offer an expressed or written warranty on any of our products, we do service all manufacturer warranties. If, during the warranty period, your product is found defective due to faulty workmanship or materials by the manufacturer, it will be repaired or replaced subject to the written text below. Warranty Highlights • The warranty period for your product begins on the date of the consumer purchaser’s purchase of the product and ends at the end of the manufacturer’s warranty term.
- In order for any limited warranty to be valid, you must be the original consumer purchaser of the product and provide a copy of original purchase receipt.
- The warranty does not include any transportation costs required to repair or replace the product.
- The product must be used in a reasonable and normal manor as specified in the terms of any manufacturer warranty.
- LiquidationSite™ will require that you make an application and take photos identifying and outlining the specific issues in order to process a warranty claim.
- Products will either be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the manufacturer subject to the terms of their warranty.
Any warranty is not transferrable to any subsequent purchaser or any other user. Liquidation Site™ shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the uses of the consumer purchaser or their inability to use this product, or for the breach of this or any other express or implied warranty. Liquidation Site™ makes no warranty beyond what is contained in writing here. Some provinces or territories may not allow limitations on how an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some provinces or territories may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Manufacturer warranties give individual consumer purchasers specific legal rights, and the consumer purchasers may also have other rights which may vary from province to province, or territory to territory. Liquidation Site™ does not provide any warranty and only services manufacturer warranties to the original consumer purchaser, and specifically excludes any subsequent purchaser or any users. Liquidation Site™ does not authorize any person to create any other obligation of liability in connection to this warranty. Supporting documentation to process warranty is subject to any additional requirements on the Liquidation Site™ website, and the following supporting documentation is required to process warranty: 1. Photos that clearly communicate the specific issues. In the event that a warranty claim is filed, and a warranty repair or replacement is deemed necessary; the consumer purchaser will be required to surrender and ship the original product to Liquidation Site™ at their own expense prior to the time of repair or replacement. In the event that Liquidation Site™ replaces product, it is expressly understood that the replacement could be a similar or like-in-kind product, should the original model not be available. All manufacturer warranties serviced by Liquidation Site do not include the costs of shipping and handling associated with any repairs or replacement and said costs are to be borne solely by the consumer purchaser. Additional, shipping charges may apply if the original shipping destination is in a remote location. Should any warranty be exercised, and a repair or replacement be deemed necessary, the warranty for the replacement product will be extended for the duration of the original warranty only.

We are not responsible for any lost data, including documents, databases, messages, licenses, contacts, passwords, books/magazines, games, photos, videos, music or other nonstandard software or data on your product. Liquidation Site™ representatives or designated agents shall make the final determination regarding any repair or replacement. THE CONSUMER PURCHASER IS REQUIRED TO RETAIN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT.
